How many sessions will I need?

This is hard to say! Some people only have a few sessions, others I work with more long term (months or years). I don’t like to put a specific number on it as your therapy journey is unique to you.

How much does therapy cost?

Sessions cost £70 per 50 minute session. I do have some reduced fee slots available for students, those on low income, & NHS staff.

How do I access therapy sessions?

Typically I use Microsoft Teams, but we can also use Zoom or Google Meets depending on what is most accessible for you.
