About mE
I believe our therapeutic relationship is central to our work together. Feeling safe and being able to be yourself in the therapy space is the foundation for you to make positive changes in your life.
I also work part-time in the NHS and work nationally to create positive change for LGBTQ+ clients.
I’m chair of the BABCP LGBTQ+ Special Interest Group. I also created the National NHS Talking Therapies LGBTQ+ Champions network and have a case study in the NHS Talking Therapies LGBTQ+ Positive Practice Guide which can be found here
Outside of therapy, I’m a slow runner, a gluten free baker and a proud dog Mum!
