What can therapy help me with?
Therapy can help with symptoms of anxiety, low self-esteem, worry, depression, low mood, OCD, phobias and PTSD.

Therapy can also be helpful if you’re navigating your coming out journey, want to explore your gender or sexual identity. It can help if you’ve experienced a big life event such as bereavement or relationship breakdown.

I offer therapy on a sliding scale from £80-£100 per 50 minute session, depending on your circumstances.
