Wondering what kind of therapy I offer?
I’m fully trained and accredited in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).

What can therapy help me with?
Therapy can help with symptoms of anxiety, low self-esteem, worry, depression, low mood, OCD, phobias and PTSD. It can also be helpful if you’ve experienced a big life event, such as a relationship breakdown, bereavement or career change.

How many sessions will I need?
CBT and IPT are generally shorter term therapies which means that generally between 12-20 sessions are needed, but this will always be discussed between us individually. Sometimes people can benefit from longer term therapy and this can be discussed when we first meet.

I also use other psychotherapy techniques and considerations that are unique to working with LGBTQ+ people. This is because being LGBTQ+ can presents us with difficulties that those from outside of our community don’t face.

Your therapy with me will always be LGBTQ+ affirmative and a space where you can truly be your authentic self.

£70 per session.

Discounts are available for those from the LGBTQ+ community who are students, NHS staff, or are receiving benefits.
